Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your Kore Baseball Products! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unused and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized items.

• Clearance or final sale items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at will@korebaseball.com to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
