Waiver & media release

Please read before registering. Completing registration confirms your agreement to the terms below.

Liability waiver

I understand that participation in Kore Backyard Baseball Camp ("the Camp") involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. On behalf of myself and the child I am registering, I voluntarily agree to participate and assume those risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Kore Baseball, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and the host venue from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the Camp, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. I confirm my child is in suitable health to participate and authorize Camp staff to seek emergency medical care if needed.

Photo & media release

Visual and audio images may be taken during the Camp. I grant Kore Baseball and its affiliated entities permission to take and use visual and audio images — including photographs, digital images, voices, sounds, video recordings, audio clips, and accompanying written descriptions — of myself and the child I am registering during the Camp.

These images may be used by Kore Baseball and its affiliated entities without further notification, in any manner or media, such as websites, social media, publications, promotions, broadcasts, advertisements, and posters, for Kore Baseball promotional purposes. Participants waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images and accompanying material.

If you do not want your child photographed, let a Camp staff member know at check-in and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Parent FAQ

What age is the camp for?
The camp is designed for kids ages 8–10.
What is included in the price?
The $50 registration includes camp admission, a customized Kore bat, a Kore Ball, games, and prizes.
Does my child need baseball experience?
No. This camp is designed for kids who love backyard baseball, whether they play organized baseball or not.
What should my child bring?
A water bottle, athletic clothes, and shoes they can run in. No glove needed — we play on grass with a soft Kore Ball.
Do parents need to stay?
Parents are welcome to stay, but it is not required.
Are spots limited?
Yes. Spots are limited so the camp stays fun and organized.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We’ll contact registered parents with any weather updates. If we have to cancel, you’ll be offered a reschedule or a refund.
